vTrack 2.0 Changelog 7/27/2018

We have made changes to the calendar templates.
There is a new date box next to the Parent/Guardian signature name box so the Parent/Guardian can enter what date they signed the form.
There is also a new signature box for the therapist to sign on the SOAP template. A date box is also listed below the therapist signature box so that the therapist can enter what date they completed and signed the form.
